The Food

As a sports performance dietitian, I believe in whole foods and plant-based nutrition to encourage sustainability-responsible practices. I feel that it is my mission to promote ecologically sustainable diets and also to raise more awareness of the importance of the environment. Athletes and organizations that work with me are educated about this subject, and we added a Meatless Monday to our menu as of 2017!

Towards the end of 2016, I started to write out more recipes. All plant based… mostly vegan but not all, since some may contain some cheese. I try to write out as many recipes I can, but definitely keep an eye on my Instagram account!
